Went to visit the clinic and brought donated supplies for the community....

Visiting Champion Taekwondo Kenya for the first time.....

Spent the morning laying mats and organizing school supplies which will be taken to the local schools on Monday.....

Went to a Catholic girls public school this morning......they sang to us, and gave us a tour of their school....lots had facebook accounts so will be friending our canadian kids!!
